I specialize in diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I utilize therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy to help you challenge intrusive and negative thoughts while incorporating dialectical behavioral therapy to develop and incorporate healthy coping mechanisms to manage life's stressors.

Jaymere Gardner, LPC
I am a board certified NCC and licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my bachelors degree in psychology as well as my Masters degree of science in professional counseling from Carlow University. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults with ranging diagnoses of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizo-affective, grief and loss, life transitions, addiction, and familial stressors. I utilize a collaborative person centered approach as well as CBT and DBT. I value getting to know clients at their own pace, meeting them where they are with warmth and compassion, and working with them to meet their goals.

I hold a Bachelors in psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling from Cairn University. I work with children and adults alike, and I pride myself on building healthy therapeutic rapport. I enjoy incorporating aspects of dance, art and spirituality into my practice. Every client is unique, therefore I am very person-centered in my approach. Modalities practiced include compassion Focused therapy, solution focused brief therapy and emotionally focused therapy to name a few. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, and I for one, would be honored to embark on this journey with you!
